When do you start recruiting prospects?

 I have a son that is in 9th grade 6,0" - 4.87 200lbs Bench 285 Squat 435. When do you start sending them to the camps? Is there a website that tells you about the NCAA clearing house? Can they start paying for his meals?

Now.  Yes I believe there is.  I would be very careful about taking anything from anyone until you have researched it.
