For many years, Hogville members who love Razorback Baseball have come together to produce these game threads with play-by-play narrative for those that depend on it as their only source and for those that just simply enjoy it. These threads have been a foundation for great Hogville discussions and that tradition continues today as this is NOT a read only thread (all Hogville posting rules apply).

As always, I hope to be here with Hog fans to enjoy the game, commentary and discussions and will help out if needed with the game thread. WPS!  :razorback:

comparative scores, particularly with just one game to compare dont mean much especially in baseball.  That being said Arkansas Little Rock is currently beating Missouri 1-0 through 4.  Significance?  Maybe not any, but they beat Stephen F. Austin 8-0.  They also lost 22-0 to Oklahoma and 15-2 to ORU.  Another comparative score, they lost 17-4 to Missouri State that beat us by one, so, UALR cant be all that good in baseball.

about everyone but us is playing an interstate school today.  I have never really understood why we didn't do some of that especially in baseball.

must be the afternoon for 1-1 games.  #6 Florida and #13 Florida State are 1-1 after three and now UALR and #14 Missouri are 1-1 in the sixth.

Our opponent btw lost by one run also to Missouri State (5-4).  They have also been involved in eight one run games, seven of which they lost.  They haven't really been shelled much either.  We need to come ready to play and take advantage of the off conference match-up to hone the skills of particularly some more pitchers, but its good to have bonfield, gassaway and shaddy get some swings too.

now in the bottom of the fourth (at FSU) Fla leads 2-1;  Mizzou has taken a 3-1 lead over UALR in the seventh.  Kentucky has a 2-1 lead over WKU in the third.  All the rest of the games are night games like ours.

Hey, those trojans (I think thats what UALR is still called) struck back for two in the top of the eight, still have two on, but with to outs).  Beat bad mizzou!
