I haven't finalized mine yet, but so far I'm doing:

Buffalo and teriyaki chicken wings
meatball sliders
chili and nachos with a fixins' bar
Apple "brownies" (not chocolate, so technically a blondie I guess"

I may add some more things, but others will be bringing some stuff too.  This is my preliminary menu.  Will probably add a hot dip of some kind, either corn dip queso fundido.  How about you?

Belizan Beer, Lobster, Oysters and Conch. Watching game at The Palapa Bar with our friends... We have 40 of us will be down there for 2 weeks..

Two 8 pound pork butts , two slabs of baby backs and more sides than I can count !!! Seriously though , this wind is playing hell on Weber , I can't get it above 215 and it's got close to 20 pounds of kingsford in it !!!!!!
