How far away are we really?

Even slow teams can be in the right spots at the snap and at least not look slow. It's all about positioning and it seems like we are never in the right position before and after the snap that makes it looks even worse. Being in the right spots pre-snap is half the battle and we always seem to lose that half. Especially on defense.
