Mizzou football has 2017’s fifth-easiest non-conference schedule

Chris Low ranks the Tigers' out-of-conference slate as the fifth-easiest in our nation:

Sept. 2: Missouri State
Sept. 16: Purdue
Oct. 21: Idaho
Oct. 28: at UConn

Four teams have easier out-of-conference slates, according to Low: Washington, Colorado, Kansas and, of course, Baylor. And unlike any of those programs, the Tigers get four chances for wins outside of league play instead of three. If Missouri went 4-0 or 3-1 outside the SEC, getting to a bowl game in a weak SEC East would look much easier.
