He'll have some from day 1.  This isn't the situation that BP took over where it'll take a few years to get the players for his system.  I get the feeling that Morris is going to know how to utilize the talent he has better than Bret.

I still hope he can get someone at DC that can match his intensity for Offense.  But man, watching those first two drives has me pumped about what he can do.

The reason Kelly wasn't very impressive is he was running Bret's offense. He ran the spread in High School and it is the offense he prefers. He'll be deadly in the shotgun. Remember, Kelly was a Freshman this year. A year of experience and development can make a HUGE difference.

That was a pretty impressive series. I even went ahead and fast forwarded to the end. Wow those high scoring losses are gonna be a lot more fun than the low scoring ones we endured under Bielema. I'm especially pumped now that it looks like he's bringing his staff with him.

Regarding conditioning and body fat and stuff.  Coach Morris will bring in a nutritionist and get these guys eating properly.  He'll have a well designed strength and conditioning program designed to match the players position.  He's a high energy red bull drinking guy that loves his players and gets the very best out of them...physically and mentally.  Regarding the OC and OL.  They work together well on everything they do.  Upon arriving at SMU, the remaining staff that was left behind by JJ basically said there was just a handful of players that should be playing D1 ball.  Three years later....well, you know that story.  Conversely,  arriving at Arkansas with the talent you have on the roster...wow...I can't wait to watch this team.   I do however am looking forward to seeing the new staff on the D side.

Ok that Offense is Legit! Man I thought Norvell's offense was fun to watch but this maybe better. Those bunch formation motions kept a very good TCU defense confused, exploiting weaknesses they may not have even known they had.

I'm hoping Gus ends up seriously regretting the day he suggested Morris to Arkansas reps., meaning hopefully he can build something special here. I'm starting to really like this hire. I just want to see how the recruiting takes off (and I'm impressed he's recruiting before he's even introduced here), I want to see an emphasis placed on Special Teams again, and who he hires for a defensive coordinator.

I also love that he flies in a helicopter to watch high school football games. Recruits have got to love that.

Connor Noland is a perfect fit for this offense. Greenwood has been doing practically the same thing.
