Right now, all we can do is maximize strengths and minimize weaknesses. Wilmsmeyer's strength is speed, so just use these last couple of weeks to hone skills that could increase his OBP (bunt, pitch identification, place-hitting).

These don't exist anymore.  Why develop in practice when you can play more minutes by dropping down a level or two and transfer to a higher level when you show something (and get paid for it...).
