I have a conferance in Dallas at SMU. Where to stay and eat?

Any suggestions on where to stay and where to eat that would be close to the SMU campus?  Thanks.

there a doubletree right down the street from my place on central exp. mapquest it, not sure what street, maybe on caruth. if you're here on the weekend go down to lower greenville and eat at snuffers its a bar/grill type atmosphere, awesome on friday and saturday nights.

Lower Greenville is the big entertainment district with lots of bars and restaurants.  I pretty much stick to the suburbs.
