OKC help needed

I will be in Oklahoma City for two days at the end of the month. I'd like input on a few things...

-Hotels along the Northwest Expressway... Don't want to stay in a dump, but I also don't want to spend too much.

-Restaurants... Any good seafood places? What about a good steakhouse?

-Sites... I definitely want to see the Murrah Building Memorial, but what else is there of note?

The Cowboy Hall of Fame is in OKC.  I went there years ago and loved it.  It's the burial site of some of the most reknowned bucking bulls in history.  It also has stuff on John Wayne and the Trail of Tears.
