I know they signed 31 players last year?
Does AllVol or anyone else know how many
they had that did not make the cut?

Also, if Adrian Campbell didn't make it, you
can't possibly tell me that Luther Davis
qualified at  Alabama.  Or Dez Bryant at OSU.

Luther Davis qualified and is expected to be a significant contributor this season.

Rufus Williams, Rolando Malancon, Rae Sykes, and Cory Hall did not make it in.  Deshaun Barnes did not qualify and was released from his LOI.  Gerald Williams was once again denied by the NCAA and is looking to be qualified for the spring semester.

Thanks for the info.  I guess a lot of SEC schools have this problem...

Of course he did.  Afterall we are talking alabama.  They don't care what it takes, their guys qualify.

Obviously, Tulsa (who some have claimed is an academic model) can get players in that we can't.  That has been documented in print recently.

We sure wanted Rolando Melancon too.
I guess our "Plan B" of Demario Ambrose worked out great!!

I wonder if the JUCO kid Alex Cook qualified at California??
