Nope.  His scholarship is gone and Arkansas is prohibited from providing any aid not available to all students.

Varies by school and by sport. I know UK has return scholarships for former basketball players. Maryland now offers "lifetime" scholarships to all its athletes, so long as they were in good academic standing when they left. It seems like the right way to treat our student athletes, too. I'm thinking we probably already have this in some form for our basketball (men's) and football programs, if for no other reason than competitive recruiting.
