GA is about to possibly take this one from KY. Lot of time left though.
Lots and lots of game left.

WKS sucks.  If it's not a lob he won't score.

Fox does have a seasons worth of film that Self didn't.  Self also probably thought his players matched up better than they do.  A rematch wouldn't be quite so one-sided, though Kansas really just isn't as good as their ranking or reputation this year, IMO.

Well said.

Wanted to beat them in the tourney final for their first loss.

Game isn't close to over.....a lot of work left for UGA to do.

Does this outcome matter either way for our RPI/BPI?

40MINSOFHELL

Should've been a foul

Doubtful. We lost to kentucky @ kentucky, but we beat georgia @ georgia.

This is all about the home court advantage. there's more than one way to skin a cat when you can take it down to your basement.

Reading this thread, it's somewhat comical the clear agendas people have. Bottom line, you win playing your game, not someone else's. This is how Georgia plays. Why couldn't they execute this same gameplan at Rupp? I thoroughly believe we would have had as good of a chance against kentucky at BWA.

That being said, I hope Georgia can hang on so we don't have to read anymore threads from some "hog fans" praising Kentucky for being their greatness.

Dr. Starcs

These dang Harrison twins are the floppinest(sp?) players I've seen this year.

mckinneyhog5

greatest team ever......

40MINSOFHELL

I hope we get another shot at Kentucky

This is what I want to know before I pull for either...not that it matters who I root for.

Sure would make the conference overall look better plus our win at UGA look better and that does mean something come selection sunday in terms of seeding. I think our RPI and BPI would stay about the same.

Killean

It's amazing what happens to Kentucky when they call fouls on their "defense"
Everyone is born with the right to exist. When you become a Nazi you give up that right.

kentucky never fouls. never.

What's your opinion?

I think it was 1 game. They were hot. we weren't. Same as when we went to Hilton. Same as when A&M came to the Bud

I spent most of my life drankin', gamblin', and chasing women, the rest I just wasted.

UGA had their chance.  Looks like UK is about to close this thing out.

Yep...UGA is tiring out and committing dumb mental mistakes on offense.

40MINSOFHELL

Georgia should stick to football

The wheels are coming off of the Bulldogs!!! I wish that they would beat the brakes off of KY!

Biggus Piggus

Can you imagine if Fox could ever recruit half as well as Calipari does?

Which is exactly what happened when we played them. Fox doesn't know how to stagger his timeouts. You can't go up and down unless you are going to sub a lot or use timeouts.

latrops

Down the stretch UK showing why they are undefeated.  UGA had a shot, just couldn't find a way to keep Kentucky down when they got up 9.

And the bail out.........this is hilarious

Losing gracefully isn't taught in second-tier programs. See Arkansas, Cincinnati, et al.

You can say the same about many coaches when comparing to cal's in game
