Bill C. the advanced stats guru is trying to work on a better returning stats figure than just starters so he's coming up with formulas based on percentage of returning offense and defense. Here's where us and all of our opponents rank:

1. LSU
35. Missouri
67. Texas A&M

73. Arkansas

83. Ole Miss
85. Auburn
94. Florida
101. Miss. State
102. Texas State
103. Alabama
112. TCU
125. La Tech

LSU returns pretty much everybody on both sides of the ball. They will get even more hype than usual this preseason. At least we get them at home.

The only concerning thing about our returning experience is that we return 37% of our excellent offense and 89% of our atrocious defense.

Overall, this stuff doesn't mean too much at all. Just wanted to point out that we aren't dealing with any more losses in experience than nearly all of our other opponents besides LSU (who thankfully didn't lose their head coach!) and Missouri (who's quickly falling behind in talent level in the SEC anyways).

Sounds like it's reasonable to expect our defense to take a step forward while our offense takes a step back.

Which was what I thought before.
If Auburn is dirty so is Gus. You can't have it both ways. Deal with it.
