Does Arkansas have a new kicker?

Was just listening to The Ticket (Dallas), who is live from the Cowboy's training camp.  They have Corby Davidson (one of their yuck monkeys) going around with the wireless microphone, interviewing people while the other Ticket guys are feeding him lines to ask.  Usually, this type of activity centers around pretty girls. 

But while he was doing this, Gil Brandt (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Gil_Brandt) walked by, so he jumped over to chat with him for a minute.  The guys exhorted Corby to ask Gil if he knew who Katy Perry was - and so he asked him.  Without missing a beat, Brandt replied "That's the kicker out of Arkansas, isn't it?"

Kind of random, but I thought it was a quick response to a question that a lot of 80 year old folks would have fumbled around with.
