Top 9 Wake with a lead off walk.....pinch runner inserted who runs a 6.3/60....another walk moves him to 2nd with no outs.

Wake bunts right back to the pitcher who fires it to 3rd....but prior to the delivery, the runner at 2nd was diving back into 2nd base while the pit h was headed to the plate.

Hey SPAL, did you see Wake fail to bunt the runners over?  The inability to bunt runners over will get you beat.

I did. Initially, I thought it was a bad bunt, and it was....but the runner was diving back in to the bad while the pitch was being delivered....terrible all around. But power teams don't play small ball for a reason.

Not to mention most of those 4-5k fans had work the next morning (including myself) and this is a Saturday night at 8:45pm in a super regional, where I would expect Arkansas to still have a pretty full stadium in this scenario.
