Unless something has changed in the last five years, yes you do.  However, you can find all kinds of tickets for sale after each game.  The folks who lose don't normally want to stick around.

The Texas bracket plays in the same arena on Thursday/Saturday, right?

And if so, is that not unusual for two different regions to use the same facility?

all dallas games will be fri/Sunday  2 games Friday afternoon, 2 games friday night, 2 games Sunday

Cal/NC State     texas/Penn    memphis/ORU   Arkansas/Bucknell    & the 4 winners play Sunday
