Troy's Offense Compatable to CMM?

The offense Troy is running looks very similar to what I have seen out of CCM.  I know Brown came up as a possible coach name a few times.

What got my attention was Troy has a tall (not CK tall but tall) QB who doesn't appear to be extremely quick of foot.  He seems to be running the offense well enough. 

You don't have to have a 4.5 guy to be successful in this offense.  It doesn't hurt of course but isn't necessary.
The scout team (snout team) is an important part of the team although it gets little credit.
