It is my new favorite spice blend. I use it instead of cayenne pepper. It is a blend of 5 of the hottest peppers they could find. If you are a chili fanatic like me check out mildbills.com

who knows. they dont tell you which 5 they are. I just know that it is the best stuff ever. Made a big pot up yesterday and only used 1/8 tsp of it and you could still get some of the heat. I love the heat but the 3 and 4 year olds dont care for it yet.
