CNR really didn't decline as a coach. He just had to many people meddling with the program from AD, reporters, and NCAA.  Sad how that ended, but hopefully things are being right!

Look at programs that fire HOF coaches and see how they do 10-20 years later!!!  Hopefully we are doing the reverse with Coach Cal and have many years of prosperity.
