Dove Breasts on the Grill

I'm new and don't know if this has been previously posted.

Dove season is around the corner, so here is my favorite recipe for dove tailgate snacks.

Mix equal parts olive oil and good soy sauce. Add 1/4 teaspoon powdered mustard per cup of liquid.  Marinate dove breasts for an hour or two.  Sprinkle with coarse ground pepper, wrap in bacon, and skewer.  Roast over a hot charcoal fire to brown the bacon.  Take off when the dove is barely done (too much will dry the little guys out).  Smell great when cooking, and taste better!

The exact same thing can be done with chunks of venison tenderloin.  I cook mine medium to medium rare.  Just like fine beef.
