New surveillance video: Winslow seen performing dangerous stunts before crash

The few seconds of video is all the proof Westlake's law director needed to make up his mind that Winslow should be charged with a driving misdemeanor.

The video shows Winslow popping a wheelie on a Tri-C parking lot.

Winslow is also caught on camera doing an endo - that's stopping the motorcycle with the front brake and having the rear wheel lift off the ground.
