That "horse collar" proposal is ridiculous. That is not a "technique". It's more of an instinct. Do you think if a low-profile player would've been injured due to that type of tackle, it would even be an issue? Probably not. But, since it was TO it is worth being discussed.

I thought football was supposed to be a contact sport. Why don't we just go ahead and take the pads away and just play two-hand touch in the NFL? There are too many rules in the league as it is.
