You knew they would and you knew they would do it this week. Screw em'. Not at all Tony's fault their dumb kid an down into the path of a race car. Dumb kid had to jump back from the car just in front of Tony's to avoid being hit. And he had marijuana in his system. Hate that he was killed and am sorry for their loss but his own stupidity got himself killed. Hope they don't get a dime. Probably get a settlement though which I think sucks. People and their families should not profit from their own stupidity.

I don't like Stewart but I'm on his side with this.

I agree. No money should be awarded. Had this been some local driver who hit him there would not be a suit at all.
