After the first workout Morris said the tight ends will have the second most difficult job to do behind the quarterbacks because of all the different things they are asked to do. He explained that the tight ends are used to disrupt opposing defenses by presenting multiple looks (with multiple options) via their pre snap alignments and movements.

You would know more than me on the game planning side and how he is going to use them.  Just looking at the limited video of route running we've seen so far this spring, Will Gragg looks like a match up nightmare with his athleticism.
