So, I guess we were shocked at how badly this one missed.

According to the announcers we have not made a field goal longer than 25 yards this year. Just like the statistics always show, when a kicker misses a field goal the opposition scores 83% of the time on the following possesion.

I believe there was an article out there last year on wholehogsports about Hedlund having always kicked off a tee and him learning to kick without one. Could be that there has been an adjustment period. At this point after the miss against Northern Ill and this one I think you gotta give the freshman a chance... Or could Irwin Hill be given a chance? Dude seems pretty talented
