Totally agree with you.  Hiring great recruiting coaches who beat the bushes hard and get results.  This is what A&M apparently is doing by their hiring of new asst. coaches.  We better get to work.

If you were a recruit would you get really excited if Anderson, Watkins or Cleveland with their laid back personalities walked into your living room?
