What about the team?  0-10 in games decided by less than 10 points is a morale killer.  When does the team lose faith in BA as a qb/leader and CBB as the coach?

When/if coach loses the team what do we do?  Buyout is too big to make change but what happens to the program for the next three years?

Gosh, I never really thought about it.  Thanks for bringing up this point.

When someone makes abrupt changes, that's when they lose confidence.

You say that, but the past three years have shown that it's the opposite.  You could have asked the same questions in 2013 and 2014 and yet the team grew closer together and finally succeeded.  And this week was the same thing..they didn't mail it in, they played MUCH better.

Who cares?  Just know odds are, when we play, we're going to lose.

It is very sherman-esque.  Get a lead...call somehwat conservative plays, try to milk the clock, and make some mistakes while doing the former two.   Especially with a running offense and suspect DBs, you'll always be within 7-10 of an opponent.

That's the point.  Three years of gathering the pieces of a broken season to try and salvage it.  At some point the team is going to mail it in and then what?

The reason the team doesn't lose faith in BA is simple. They spend their time together, they see the real problems. Those guys aren't losing faith in BA any more than they are losing faith in themselves. That should strike a chord with many on this site. They aren't blaming BA, there is plenty of blame to go around, and the players are the real whole picture

Losing gracefully isn't taught in second-tier programs. See Arkansas, Cincinnati, et al.

We're the only school where wins and losses don't matter.   I guess that's something.
