Scouts will give the benefit because a kid comes from KY. You really aren't developing anything in year one. These are kids, for the most part, that would go straight to the NBA out of HS if they could. They can develop more in the D-League than they can at any college program.

well in this case the scout that gave the thumbs up on a 1st round pick for Archie just because he went to KY and now the Suns are out 3.4millon for a D-League player will not be around much longer with that type of evaluation of a player. Kids getting drafted in the 1st rd just because they went to KY is a bunch of BS
