I pose this question to you. Isn't a man that is making 1.4M a year even though a great number of his customers (the darksiders) hate him pretty dam smart?

Large corporations become types of government with bureaucracies where people and things can be hidden. Look at smaller organizations and see how they get fired for not producing. In real large corporations like WorldCom, they go to jail.

Not only that, heads of the organizations get fired, hdn isn't in a position where his incompetence can be hidden because he is someone's pet.
