Regarding Coach Pel's upcoming late signing period...

  Many of our hogville brothaz/sistaz MAY be placing more emphasis on 5 Star/McD AAs than
needed...

  While my point is CLEARLY subjective,there is
NO DOUBT that SOME of the highly rated prospects take as long (sometimes LONGER)
to develop than some top 150s/Jucos...

  Using the past 2 decades @ UA,
Corliss/TDay/Mayberry were very special from
DAY ONE on the Hill...
  Olu Fam/ Darnell R/Glendon Alexander and others NOT SO MUCH...

   Without a doubt,Joe Johnson/R Brew II
Brandon Dean/J Pargo COULD'VE/SHOULD'VE
been as highly ranked as others in their class.

As long as our coaches are searching for prep
and Juco talent that covers our lack of length
and explosiveness....

WE'LL BE BETTER THAN FINE NEXT SEASON!!

i totally agree about our new recruits

powell will be a stud, starter from day 1

farmer will be better than expected b'c of his length.  borden is better than this board thinks.


the recruiting gurus will tell you the same, but i'll repeat: dont be surprised if we land a slam-dunk juco this spring.......

I have been down but for good reason (like most). Things will be better next year, its just a matter of how much better they will be.

I just hope we can land a few of these highly rated guys that we are on. It would be great to add some depth and height to this team. Then we will be better, and we can be on the road to rebuilding.
