Maybe we have an AD lined up that would take a chance on BP and get him back where he belongs?

DemiHOG

No to Petrino! My gosh. Don't need him here,

If the world were coming to an end I'd want to be where you live because you're 5 years behind the rest of the world.

Jessica Dorrell had a strong feeling about Bobby as well and look what it got her.

It really is this simple. Unchecked government power leads to corruption, and lack of accountability for it is drastically eroding confidence in our institutions.    aristotle

Everybody acts like Petrino isn't a possibility when the fact is the man who fired him is GONE and BP is having a so so season at Louisville and this would be the year to pick him up! It would be a steal!

WAHog

Louisville to Arkansas to Louisville to Arkansas?  If it didn't work out, Louisville would take him back.

That feeling is running down your leg! That would not be allowed to happen!
Louisville might want it to happen!

That feeling is probably gas, or at least the has same effect.

UA1985

He is not interested in recruiting. He's also not exactly tearing it up at UL, even with a great QB.

Sweet Bobby jesus aint coming back to Arkansas. He aint going to get better at coaching either. His sun has set.

Good lord. I feel as strongly as anyone that he shouldn't have been fired, but really???

That would be the smartest thing the new AD could do.  Hiring BP would mean we have winner for a coach rather than taking a chance on someone that, more likely than not, would not be a winner.

Yes; Darius Rucker is a pretty very country artist, has been for awhile now actually.

He's still got some good stuff, but I liked Hootie much better.

We get it you don't like him personally.
Get over it snowflake it's not all about who you like personally.

As for the so called Heisman QB I can guarantee you he would not be a Heisman QB at all if he were at any other school.
Petrino has always had great QB's because Petrino develops his QB's into some of the best.
Lamar was a 3 star recruit who won the Heisman because of Petrino's coaching.
Petrino is excellent at developing players he is an offensive mastermind and a great coach.
Deny it all you want but his winning percentage shows it.

Bobby Petrino is certainly a great football coach.  He is also a great man with high moral standards.  It would sure be wonderful if we could get him back.

Bobby Petrino is certainly a great football coach.  He is also a disingenuous drifter. It would sure be wonderful if we could get him back for a few years until he bolted or ended up in another roadside ditch.

Enough with the retreads.

And that includes other peoples retreads, Tubervile, Les. Tressel, etc.

I'd say BP coming back is more realistic than HDN... How many of those threads have we seen the last 2 weeks
