Saw this video earlier and thought "Well that's a good way to get shot..."

But seriously, what was going on there?  Why were people doing that in the middle of traffic?  Was it part of the end of a parade or the end of a car show or something?

But but but they do it at the end of NASCAR races....

Unfortunately for those 3 idiots, NASCAR cars have 800+ HP and a lot of torque at the rear wheels, with racing slicks, and normally worn out racing slicks at the end of a race.  Plus a lot of the tracks they're on a banking that is helping them stay in place.

the nascar guys have brake bias adjusters to shift brake percentages from front to rear and side to side
