Anyone tried this cooking method? If so what did you cook?

I don't have one, but Wildhog does. It's awesome, duck breast, beef filets, etc. So good.

I got one for Christmas and used it a couple of times. Was just not anything special!

Have a friend that's a chef who absolutely swears by them.

It's great for restaurants with high volume.  Hold the protein perfectly cooked then you can throw it on the grill or in the oven to get a finish on it.
