20 players in the league will make more in 2013 than what the Astros will pay their entire roster.  In fact, the Astros highest paid player is current Pirate Wandy Rodriguez.  The 20 players are:

A-Fraud - 29 million - Yankees
Johan Santana - 25.5 million - Mets
Cliff Lee - 25 million - Phillies
Teixeria - 23.25 million - Yankees
C.C. - 23 million - Yankees
Joe Mauer - 23 million - Twins
Lincecum - 22.25 - Giants
A-Gon - 21.86 million - Dodgers
Miggy - 21 million - Tigers
Vernon Wells - 21 million - Angels (their highest paid player in 2013)
Carl Crawford - 20.86 million - Dodgers (a lot to pay someone who won't play)
Matt Cain - 20.83 million - Giants
Cole Hamels - 20.5 million - Phillies
Matt Kemp - 20.25 million - Dodgers
King Felix - 20.2 million - Mariners
Justin Verlander - 20.1 million - Tigers
Doc Halladay - 20 million - Phillies
Ryan Howard - 20 million - Phillies
Barry Zito - 20 million - Giants
