I've been watching this thing called hog basketball for a long time.  And in Hall, I can't remember a player, that as a freshmen, (granted raw), but had more potential, a motor, attitude, athleticism, room for improvement, and just reek of being a potential "special" player.  Next year will be a struggle, but I predict amazing things in his future.  I think we will witness him growing into one of our all-time greats!  During this process he will fill out more physically, which will make him all the more scary!

I think it will be a four year amazing progression with him....

Completely agree.  Everytime I watch him, I get really excited.  If Gafford decides to stay, we'll surprise a bunch of people.  The kid from New Mexico is going to be very good for us at guard.  People forget about him when discussing next year.  Also, we have a ton of talent being infused, especially if Garland gets cleared.

I've had similar thoughts ..we needed him to be Bell or Hannahs off the bench and that was too much to ask for... as for AB just hasn't shown liked I'd hoped but we'll see..

Qualls isn't a bad compariosn; I wouldn't consider Qualls close to one of our all time greats which is why I said what i said.
