Not when you add them up over the years since 2012. Now you could say that a couple of the Big 12 games each year have been more like G-5 games in terms of competition, but in looking at the numbers straight up in the regular season, categorized by P-5, G-5 and FCS teams played, it comes up like this. Granted, our regular season schedule is a lot tougher than theirs. This is regular season only since we are talking about scheduling.

                  Okla State (2012-2017)             Arkansas (2012-2017)
                   P-5        G-5         FCS            P-5         G-5          FCS
2012             10           1            1               10           1             1
2013             10           1            1                9            2             1
2014             10           1            1                9            2             1
2015             10           2            0                9            2             1
2016             10           1            1                9            2             1
2017             10           2            0                9            2             1
Totals            60          8             4               55          11            6

You are comparing apples and oranges, the discussion was about the school's non conference schedules, which are very similar.

Since 2012 both schools have played 6 P5 non conference opponents, while Arkansas has played 6 FCS, while OKst played 4.  Your numbers include an unequal conference schedule with isn't determined by the schools.

I think you are missing the point. Okla State scheduled an OOC P-5 opponent and fewer G-5 and FCS schools over the period of time that was cited than Arkansas did over the same period of time. Just compare both schedules.

Now that doesn't mean that OSU had the tougher schedule overall. I'd put our divisional schedule up against any other school, most years.
