I am looking to take a trip to Hot Springs this summer, just the wife and me.  Any recommendations on where to stay?  Kinda interested in the Bed and Breakfast route.  Any suggestions?  thanks

Check out Lookout Point Lakeside Inn. It's just across the lake on Hwy.7 South, and it's on the lake. Very nice place and nice folks own/operate it. The Hamilton House is another option. Or, if you want something off the beaten' path a little, try Country Charm Cabins in Bismarck. They are about 20 min. South of Hot Springs, but Jerry and Mary, the owners, are great folks.

Lookout Point is the best!  My wife and I have stayed there a couple of times and loved it.

Bath House row and the Alington are both nice places to visit.
If the South should lose, it means that the history of the heroic struggle will be written by the enemy, that our youth will be trained by Northern school teachers, will be impressed by all of the influences of history and education to regard our gallant dead as traitors and our maimed veterans as fit subjects for derision.

Make time to visit one of the lakes.  Hamilton is closer and very nice but Ouachita is beautiful.

I'm sure it's nothing that a $500 retainer can't fix.  Contact JackRabbit Hog for payment instructions.
