Arkansas, Kentucky, Ole Miss, Arkansas State, and Lipscomb were on hand to watch Jonesboro defeat Nettleton tonight. Great atmosphere for high school basketball.

Unfortunately for Jonesboro, the Salary girl injured her knee late in the 4th qt and will have a MRI today.

I have a local HS coaching friend who is part of the crew who picked Coach Neighbors up at the airport. Said he was a great guy. Had good things to say about Ole Miss coach too.

I am surprised that - despite the bad news about Ms. Salary's injury - no mention or account of Elauna Eaton's performance was even mentioned.  Is she not from Jonesboro?

Yes, Elauna Eaton plays for Jonesboro. I didn't see the game though so can't comment on that.

16pts I think, I only caught the 4th quarter. And yes, torn ACL on Salary. Hopefully she bounces back as well as Elauna did from hers last year. Tough break for the girls, hopefully they both can be healthy for the last two seasons at JHS.
