Ranked between 25 and 30 in the last four years in national recruiting rankings.
(Yes, I know rankings aren't perfect).

In 2001, a top 20 recruiting class - included - Matt Jones, "Batman Carroll" and Shawn Andrews - all first-round draft picks.

Shouldn't the Hogs have been putting up a top 25-30 ranking somewhere in the past five years?

Yes, we're still "doing more with less. " (Source - every announcer who commentates about the Razorbacks.)
