I don't think that is possible this year but we could realistically win 5 out of the next 6 and be sitting at 16-5 (6-3). I'm not worried. I think there is plenty of time still for this team to get it together. I think 22-9 (11-7) and we are still in the tourney no doubt. From there anything can happen.

It is way better to have an 0-2 week now than in late February. Plus we played 1 good and 1 really good team on the road. I think we're fine. Just have some things that needs to be straightened out before March which is good we're realizing that now and not in 2 months.

Yes, I am going to remember the incredible 2016-2017 season, complete with first round win over Seton Hall and then being eliminated, as fondly and vividly as the '78 Final Four run by the Triplets, Day/Mayberry/Big O getting to the national semi-final in the early 90s, and the '94 national championship.

Knocking off South Carolina in a regular season game was basically the same thing as beating UCLA to get to the Elite Eight and Scotty's shot finishing off Coach K and Duke to win it all...and should be celebrated equally.

No, I am saying there is no need to say "I told you so" about a season that ended with a narrow win over a mediocre opponent followed by getting bounced in the second round.  Then again, considering it's only the second NCAA tournament win in 9-10 years I guess for a lot of people these days that constitutes a great season.

It is not about winning X # of games in a row. College basketball is about winning enough to make the ncaat. Right now, the Hogs are still just fine in that regard, still on track to make it. The concern is that they are starting to look like they are not as good as last year, BUT the SEC is much better than last year. Last year they started 1-3 in the SEC but then got to play some really poor teams twice. They do not have that luxury this year.

Look the Home Court advantage in teh SEC is amazingly real. and in your 10 game stretch Arkansas has

Pick the top 4 teams in the Nation and they could lose to those teams playing them in their home Court, so while it is certainly possible they could pull a win or two out, the analytics tell you these 3 games are most likely losses.

The other 6 games are at home , only Missouri would be expected  to challenge in Bud Walton, but I still would expect a win.

So realistic expectations are 7-3 (basically hold court at home and sneak a win somewhere against the 4 road games, most likely LSU)

I would have to agree with this! Don't know about beating Okie State though! I think we get in the tourney, but by a slim margin! This team has some serious faults to overcome. They have an opportunity to do some special things, just not sure they can achieve it! WPS!!

Take it to Vegas and win you some big bucks?   I ask you this Was the team embarrassed or was it you? 

I think unless we find some more scorers plus more inside toughness/rebounding this is the best we can play.  We can not rely on 2 guys all season to do all the scoring. SEC  Defenses are two athletic and will adjust and take one or both down a notch to see if anyone else steps up.

Plus how good defensively are we? How tough is our mentality? We will see?

I see us probably going around 500 the rest of the year with no road wins and a 8-10th NCAAT seed with maybe 1 win. 

I am really glad Mike is bringing in his best class or his seat would be warming.     Being average sucks but beats whst we had. Maybe that is all we should expect here and from a $3 million coach!

Everything changed when Thomas was inserted into the starting lineup. Time let Bailey go play free and fly around. Thomas should be our 4th option at the 4.
