You guys know peter laurie the guy from HRTV / TVG. he's an extremely, extremely intersting person.

one thing I knew about him.. his main job besides being a TV anchor is doing voice overs, he is the voice of Vulcan Raven in the video game Metal Gear Solid, the original.  And if you go back and listen to it you will instantly be able to tell that's him.


What I did NOT know.  Lurie is a Lurie . Lurie's are the oldest non chinese veriable family tree in the worl and can trace their lineage all the way back to king david.  Karl Marx and Sigmond Frued are also in the same family tree.


In case you are wondering the oldest chinese veriable family tree in the world is that of Confesus  which goes back 80 generations.
