I wouldn't go that far. ASU has lots more skill players, especially offensively, and an NFL DE.

1. We have a weak Oline. Weak in regards to pure strength. Something I've been saying.

2. We have a porous defense. I don't know if it's scheme, talent, or a combination.

3. AState would be VERY motivated.

Conclusion? It would be competitive. 

To automatically write them off is silly considering what we have seen this year.

Lol...Yeah they continue to win but Lord Lord they could never beat us.  Better be glad we are not playing.  You really believe Bert could coach a win....darn.

New Mexico State took it on the chin in a Sun Belt game today with the qb throwing six picks. They won't beat A-State.

NMSU has Larry Rose III and that's it. He is their main offensive threat. We should handle them even with the game in Las Cruces.
