The Ivy League actually prohibits schools from providing any non-need-based scholarships, including athletic scholarships.

All students pay tuition that is based on their ability to pay (based on family income) with the rest of the cost of attendance being paid by the university's endowments (which are huge... the schools have $20BN+ endowments).

If you are admitted, it will be possible for you to afford attendance if your family is willing to make a reasonable sacrifice--and for low-income families it might even be entirely free. (At Yale and Harvard, education is fully funded by the school if the family income is below $60k.)
