Matt Deggs - former hitting coach

I got to hear former hitting coach Matt Deggs speak this past weekend in Indianapolis. Wow. What a story and journey he has been on. Fired from his job at A&M for alcoholism and unemployed for 400+ days. I encourage you to look him up if you haven't and get to know about him. A man that's been to the top and fell all the way down.

Some of you may remember the ride his team went on last year to the Super Regionals.

I follow him on twitter. Great stuff. I just ordered his book and can't  wait to read it. Hog fan all the way but will be rooting for his teams in the future.
