That is where I may be going to in Afghanistan? It's in Helmond province. Anyone been there before? I hear it a big marine base.

Oh crap, dude. Bad area. It's like they nuked it a long time ago. Winters = miserable, Summers are a chilly 130 degrees.
I ain't saying you babysitting, but my kids are all over your couch.

I am currently at Camp Leatherneck right now. It is kind of like Northeast Texas. Weather is 60 degrees one day and then drop to 35 the next day. Fighting isn't that bad as long as you stay on camp.
