I think he was referring to UCA.

How does UAPB fit into the math?  They are division I in Basketball, Divison II in football.

Oh...don't know.  I forgot about UAPB.

I liked Leeches, but have thought the "Arkansas State Politics" would be a good fit.  Poli(as in many)tics(as in blood sucking parasites)
