Knight in 2015 went to speak at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) in Fort Belvoir, Va. where he briefly inappropriately encountered the women who worked for the agency before and after his speech.

The allegations included Knight included comments on the women's legs, hugging them tightly and contact with their buttocks.

Per Whitlock, the allegations were never public, but were investigated by the FBI, the Pentagon, Congress and the U.S. Army. Knight denied the allegations and his lawyer, James Voyles, claims there isn't enough evidence.
