Hogs are showing that they are not going to give the game to Sworns.

Way to go Gentry and DVH.

Since 1894

The first thing I heard today was that he grew up on a pig farm. That's quite a start in my book. And my last memory was watching him hang 70 on Nebraska. Just those two facts are enough (for me to like him). Then, I hear that he's out of the Hayden Fry-Bill Snyder-Barry Alvarez coaching tree. Oh, that's enough for me to like a lot. Then, I hear he's got a 27-year-old wife. Okay, we can stop. I like him.

'Boyce needs to get out of this inning.  We may need to replace him.

I think Rick and Chuck are one of the best gamecalling duos I've heard, pros included.  They love the Hogs and baseball and get pumped in games like these.

Pigonometry

This game reminds me of the old Earl Weaver quote about baseball being "a nervous breakdown divided into innings"..............   ;D
Baseball is simple, but never easy.

Rick kind of gets on my nerves.  He's a bit like Paul Eals calling football.  He gets a little over-excited and I can't tell what happened....at times.

I like to listen to Chuck, he doesn't sound like so much of a "homer".

You're kidding, right?  :o

artyhog

Rowlett and Bridges were suspended for subtance abuse, I think.  They were the Hogs leaders in Hits and Runs.  Bridges was leading the SEC in stolen bases.

They bought products at GNC that had banned substances by the NCAA.  The substances are banned because they can make it look like a steroid during drug tests even though they are safe for the public.

BTW, I prefer Rick in most instances over Chuck.  Chuck just seems a little too bland at times for me.  Rick gets excited at times, but he's good most of the other times.

hode and goodwin are due to bat next inning.  this will be their last at bat of their career if they don't get something done.  lord knows they are due, especially goodwin.

I was really about to say how disappointing Duggar has been this year....and that was before I read that he dropped a ball.

ocelot_ark

Between the errors and lack of hitting, I'm suprised we're still within striking distance.
