I'm confused???

I agree that this was really our only option, but say we have a good year(which I think we will)...and we are going to bring in a new "homerun" hire coach.  Won't this new coach bring his own staff even if we have an amazing 2012 season?  I'm just not seeing how this is going to workout in the end with a new coach and our staff.
