NFA restricts American users

So much for the last of the free markets. The FX market now is under the thumb of the National Futures Association's heavy hand. American users cannot watch streaming webinars of live events like NFP numbers or FOMC rate decisions. This was an excellent tool to learn how to trade live events from currency analysts. They would promptly crunch the data, take questions, analyze charts for support/resistance, etc all in real time.

I realize there are price manipulators out there, but what happened to basic disclosure? I feel like I'm in N Korea, censored from the global media by big brother government.

Think that is bad, try opening an account overseas anymore. "Americans need not apply".
